How to Host an Amateur MMA Event? – Useful Tips

How to Host an Amateur MMA Event? – Useful Tips

MMA is more popular than ever before. Since everyone started talking about Mayweather vs. McGregor, seems like now everyone is interested in MMA, and that’s a good thing.

In case you want to host your own amateur MMA event, then be my guest and learn how to do things the right way with these useful tips.

Security Is Important:

We are not simply talking about the security your fighters should have: proper gloves, a good area to fight, etc. I’m also including actual security services, so your fighters and guests can be safe from any possible problem.

If you are going to host a big event, then you will have to keep it as a possibility to hire some security services. Keep that into account, because it is very important.

A proper security staff is very important, so take care of it, because without it you cannot host a good amateur MMA event.

Doctors:

You cannot have an MMA even without doctors, that’s even illegal in fact. If you want to do it, then you will have to hire a team of doctors and medics to attend your event, because without them, it is impossible to do so.

So, you should start researching on where you can hire them in your city, because again, without them it is possible to host this type of event.

Insurance:

Another important element in this event is insurance. Just like doctors, without insurance it is impossible to host this type of event.

You should call a local insurance company and investigate what kind of insurance your event needs.

Keep in mind that none will participate in an MMA event without insurance. It is not an investment you may decide to do, but rather something you MUST do. Remember it, because that’s how things work and you need to stick to that. That’s it.

Staff:

You will need a referee, a DJ for the entertainment, cutmen and some other important members. The referee and cutmen are there for obvious reasons, and yes, a DJ can help to keep people entertained and to introduce each fighter if possible (with music).

Without a good staff it is not possible to do this event, so take this into account and manage it seriously.

Local Council Regulations:

Now, it varies from council to council to make sure to research more about it. You will have to pay some money, and again, it varies from case to case.

Marketing:

Finally but not less important, you need to invest into marketing if you want to obtain profits from this event.

The internet brings you many opportunities to do this, and FB ads is a great way to get the coverage you are looking for.

So, don’t be afraid to talk with an agency to help you out regarding this aspect, because without proper marketing your event will be a failure. Just do it and you will obtain great results, because this is what will make your event a success.

ForTech Two Wheels Mini Smart:

With a maximum speed of 15km/h, it is a bargain for the price. It is not the cheapest in the market, but it is great for those looking for a nice deal.

This one is used by many hoverboard hockey players, so you should give it a try, because it is trusted by the community.
